Paul has changed my life. I followed his microdose regime of 4 days on 3 days off for a few months. No one in my life can recognize who I am these days, and thats an amazing thing. Im learning who I am again. I went from mentally living in a constant hurricane to living in an occasional sunshower. Thank you, Paul, your research has saved my mind from itself.<br>I recently started to learn more about magic mushrooms for my own personal interest. Little did I know it would lead down a rabbit hole to just how magical all fungi are and integral to our planet. The effectiveness and vastness of these mycelium networks is mind blowing to me.<br>This guy is clearly brushed over by society but is totally in the right.
It's just like any historical genius, laughed at until proven right, he is fascinating.<br>Love his passion, fungi are clearly understudied and could hold so many answers<br>I'm in college and I decided to take a class on fungi. Only two weeks in I am absolutely in love with these organisms. Watching this made me fall deeper in love and I am incredibly thrilled to begin my journey learning about something so absolutely fascinating.<br>Protect Paul Stamets at all costs. This man is a complete necessity to our society. When he’s gone, he takes all his wisdom with him.<br>Im going to be investing a lot of energy into this concept, Im in Seattle and we need to motivate everyone to get involved in helping the earth instead of destroying it.<br>12 years later and I still hope these things will get implemented in our system<br>It's so beautiful how people keeps talking so many good things about psychedelics. Everyone focused on how magical shrooms can change their lives..I haven't tried them yet but there are definitely on my list of “must do”;) just looking for a reliable source.<br>After the Netflix documentary with this incredible guy, the way I see nature was completely empowered even more by the intriguing mother nature, where we come from. We are just amount of cells compacted roaming around with something called conscious stuck somewhere in one of the most, if not the most intriguing organic system nature developed through natural selection, our brain. And we use it in order to figure out nature, so this is nature trying to figure itself out. This is astonishing. Thanks mushrooms, I maybe wouldn't be able to type this quantity of writings if it weren't by your effects in our fellow ancestors, which might have led to our cognitive revolution.<br>This was wonderful. Fungi are more intelligent and vital than I ever realized. I now understand why Star Trek Discovery creators modeled the brilliant space doctor after this man and even gave him the same name..<br>I'm gonna help you fellow kids out who are curious.

5. Fixing Earth.
6. Sustainable Fuel.<br>This lecture restores my faith in humanity. Fungi just like any other species are conscious beings. I hope I can understand and experience more on this subject.<br>Why does this man not have a Nobel Prize? He surely deserves one!<br>This can easily become life changing in so many different ways as described in this video. Yet ive heard nothing about this being in use. Definitely a tooic of interest personally to research and apprehend more of this topic! Your studies on FUNGI and Mushroom uses for Man and the preservation of life on earth is noble and praiseworthy. This may be why the "No Dig" way of farming is far better than commercial farming.
Also if fungi helps the brain produce a higher frequency Gamer rays, this may help us to survive the massive changes to come?<br>This is wonderfull, I am working with mycelium now and this video open so much door to me eventhough it was 13 years ago, hopefully many other people engage with how mycelium could be in saving earth, I also have a thought about plastic from mycelium but it's still need more and more research<br>Thank you Paul. Amazing experience of being one with everything and almost seeing the process. Nothing like it.<br>Am I the only one that has noticed that Paul Stamets is also the name of a major character on Star Trek: Discovery, who is able to access the Mycelium Network that connects all of space-time? So cool that the show-runners would imbed such a shout-out to this man! He definitely deserves it.<br>I learned of Paul Stamets back in 2009 from a headline on Yahoo News titled, "Scientist has found a way to destroy Monsanto's 36 billion/year pesticide monopoly."
I looked up more about Paul and have told countless people about him.

I routinely see events before they happen ????<br>12 years ago, this is brilliant and ahead of its time.<br>I understand his excitement and passion about mushrooms. Recently, after years of not seeing them, I noticed mushrooms growing everywhere on my property, which is a heavily wooded five acres. They were even growing in the graveled driveway. My theory is that the recent growth is promoted by the increase in radiation from Fukushima. And yes, the idea that mushrooms thrive on and convert radioactive substances is very good news.<br>He explained this topic really well, definetly got me interested and I have to agree ????????

This is so genius and needs to be shared on everybody’s social media and everywhere with everybody who has cancer and is living on this planet!<br>This is absolutely incredible science. Love his work and Is far more important that I think we realize<br>I think mushrooms are good to help with alot of things, but to a extent, a friend once said that once you reach a certain point of knowledge of shrooms, partaking of course, if it's a habit then you are fully letting the cognitive lesson you're expecting soak into your person, thus also chasing that high.<br>Fantastic! I have always believed that mushrooms hold the key to many problems. This is even more proof on why we should rethink how we approach issues that we faces not only on Earth but in our bodies as well! This is the first time I have heard of this, but I can most certainly say I will be doing more research and activism to promote this information for the future!<br>That opening line, "I always wondered if every cellular organism could take a vote, on if we should be voted off or on to the planet, how would they vote? Unlike your average political hack<br>When I was in middle school, my 2 science teachers (7th and 8th grade) had classrooms divided by a small lab room with large tile floors. Apparently a mushroom grew underneath the floors that was so big and grew with such force that it dislodged the flooring<br>I saw 2 vids from Paul on Joe Rogan Experience and there's so many things mushrooms are good for in our lives it's unreal. Medicinal, nutritional the list goes on. There are a ton of different people on YouTube that put out videos and they'll tell you which ones are good to eat, but they have health benefits that are astounding.<br>This is fantastic. Looking at this as a viable way forward, especially post Covid19. Ways to save the planet, start by asking it to help you. Makes sense to me.<br>This is great it is hard to believe how powerful these things are and that if they are not what saves the planet than maybe dinosaurs are the answer<br>I am graduated in Special Biology and Ecology but I have to confess I did not realize how important fungi are... And I have to say I was in applied research of finding the way how to produce taxane diterpenoids in vitro and I found endosymbiotic fungi which live in Taxus baccata vascular bundles so long, that they are able to produce taxane diterpenoids. (Isn't marvellous???) What a shame...<br>This is such important information. I'm a master student writing my capstone of fungal bioremediation. I am absolutely amazed with this work!!<br>That was incredible! If the earth had more people like you the world would have a chance.. it was an honour to listen to your wisdom..<br>So many applications from this one man's love, interest and dedication to studying mushrooms, one if not the oldest form of livong organism still alive today.
